Get ready to take your skills to the next level. This multiweek camp is like a freestyle adventure playground, where we'll dive into terrain parks, conquer all-mountain challenges, and most importantly, prioritize safety while having a blast.

Our camp goals are crystal clear: Set and conquer your individual goals, nail those jumping fundamentals, master switch skiing, own those rail slides, get air-aware with tricks like 180s and 360s, and become an all-mountain pro. So, don't wait – grab your spot before it's gone,

Brighton Freestyle Camp With his 5th Grade Passport in hand, Max Roberts and his dad, Tim, set off to ski as many Utah resorts as they can hit in a season. In episode #3 Max is working on his big mountain skills in the Brighton Freestyle Ski Camp.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Goals, Safety & Skill Requirements

  • We will focus on learning new skills, techniques & tricks, understanding snow & terrain and inspiring a love and respect for the mountains. Steady progressions will build skills and confidence while students push their personal stage of skiing. Freestyle campers will:

    •  Be SAFE and have FUN!
    •  Set and reach specific individual goals.
    •  Improve jumping fundamentals.
    •  Learn/improve switch skiing.
    •  Learn/improve rail skiing.
    •  Improve air awareness and learn tricks (180s and 360s, etc).
    •  Improve all mountain skiing.
  • This program is for experienced skiers and boarders who want to explore the world of freeride.

    • Skiers need to be parallel turners.
    • Snowboarders need to be S turners.
    • All campers should feel comfortable on blue and easy black terrain to participate in this program.
    • Skills assessment may be necessary as a prerequisite.
    •  Helmets are mandatory at all times.
    •  Terrain Park etiquette will be taught and heavily emphasized.
    •  Participants will be coached and guided to stay within their abilities while understanding consequences
    •  Release waivers will need to be signed by parents or guardians.

Additional Program Details

Lift Access

Camp registration includes a lift pass for the duration of the lesson PLUS a discounted lift ticket for parents on lesson days!

Campers who wish to ski or ride longer may visit the ticket window to purchase a lift ticket (ages 6+).

Location

Campers will meet outside the Brighton Snowsports School. Please plan to arrive to your lessons at least 5 minutes early, fully geared up and ready to shred.

Equipment

Ski and snowboard equipment is NOT included. If you are in need of equipment rentals, please visit us at the RENTAL SHOP.

Parking

Parking reservations are required Friday - Sunday & holidays throughout the season. Parking vouchers will be emailed to you prior to the start of your program. For more information on 24/25 parking policies, click HERE
