Yes. In order to ride any chairlift, all participants must have a valid lift ticket. For each paying adult or adult pass holder, two children ages 10 & under will receive a free lift ticket. Head to any ticket window at Brighton to get your 10 & under ticket!
All Brighton lift tickets, Go Cards and Season Passes have a small RFID chip inside of them. This chip not only lets you through the gates and on to the lift, it also gives you the ability to re-load additional day tickets online and skip the ticket window during your next visit.
Always keep your lift ticket / Go Card / season pass in a separate pocket, by itself. Items such as: cell phones, iPods, foil wrapped items such as gum wrappers or cold medicine, credit cards, or other cards with RFID chips can cause interference with your lift ticket.
No, holes must never be punched in lift tickets, season passes or GO Cards. The card has an antenna embedded that surrounds the embedded RFID chip. Any damage to the surrounding antenna will render the card inactive and must be replaced.
