Partners in Sustainability

Cottonwoods Canyons Foundation (CCF) and Brighton have been partners for decades. The shared goal is to support the environment of Big Cottonwood Canyon through stewardship and education. Brighton hosts many CCF events including the annual Wildflower Festival, Ski with a Ranger, trail maintenance, and wildflower plantings. Brighton and CCF work together to host “Clean Up Days” where volunteers come up to the resort to pick up the garbage that is left behind by resort activities. Learn More >

Momentum Recycling and Brighton began their work together in the early days of 2021. The partnership includes the hauling of food waste, first from our kitchens and now includes more and more of our resort operations.
