Some guests are experiencing issues purchasing family packages or multiple season passes at one time. If this is the case for you, you may be able to successfully purchase your pass by creating a new guest record for each member of your family.
If there are duplicate emails, simply add a different or false email address for additional members of your party. It is possible to do this by adding periods to your email address, such as: changing firstname.lastname@example.org to janedoe.@emailaddress.com.
As long as the account log-in owner has a valid email address, your confirmation email will be received.
